Candidate Identification
Shortlist of qualified resumes will be sent typically within the next 24 hours. We conduct in-depth interviews and only approach those with the strongest potential. We then vet those candidates using third-party information, interviews, and reference checks before we pass the profile.
Candidate Evaluation
Based on your feedback we schedule the candidates for interviews either through telephone, MS team, or Face to Face. We work consistently till the requirement is met and filled.
Candidate Selection
On Offer we make sure that the outcome is mutually acceptable and results in a win-win. We assist with all paperwork and documents to be collected from the candidate for further onboarding.
Closing the Loop
We constantly keep in touch with the candidate and ensure there is constant communication to avoid last-minute back-outs. We stay in connect with you and the candidate to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
