In his last role, he was Global Delivery Head for Banking Americas, delivering more than $600 Mn revenue and managed a team of 6000+ global workforce.

Kavitha (Business Head)

With 15 years of experience as a Human resource professional working for a large corporation, she went on to build a successful boutique staffing firm that worked with product companies in niche and challenging technology skills. As the co-founder of AvidMindz and business head, she brings market intelligence combined with HR knowledge to build successful client and business relationships.
